POPS' suggestions for
POPS' ORIGINAL SMOKED MAPLE SYRUP
POPS' Original Smoked Maple Syrup is best applied at the end of the cooking
process. Cooking it too long will dissipate the delicate "smokiness", and it could
burn at higher temperatures.


  • On pancakes, waffles, French toast or crepes.
  • As a glaze for meats and poultry
  • Drizzled over fruit tarts, pies, ice cream, yogurt, cheesecake and other desserts
  • In sauces such as barbecue, yogurt, sour cream, or marinades
  • With hors d'oeuvre such as cheese and crackers or cheese and fruit
  • Brushed on sausage, bacon or potatoes before serving
  • For a 'smoked' cocktail - In a 'Smokey Russian" you just reduce the Kahlua a little
    and add in some Pops' Original Smoked Maple Syrup.

Assorted Cheese and Fruits pieces served with toothpicks and a dish of Pops' Original
Smoked Maple syrup makes a delicious and unique Party Platter. It goes great with small
pieces of Salty Ham and other cured meats too.

Apple Pie or Fruit Tart,  When making an recipes can substitute Pops' Original Smoked
Maple Syrup for some or all of the sugar.

Cheesecake or other desserts, simply drizzle Pops' Original Smoked Maple Syrup on top
before serving.
